Great Mexican Chipotle Grilled Chicken recipe. This recipe is flavored with beer and very tasty. Enjoy!
i like the way this guy cooks
Thanks will try this tonight
Negra Modelo. Delicioso
To be honest, I literally whipped out this recipe that day. A little orange or lime would have rocked it though!
Why don’t you try a little citrus in the marinade?
That’s good to know. I love this recipe, and thanks for posting your videos.
Glad you like it. I’m actually planning on making a burrito bowl recipe soon. I need to make a few healthier dishes on my channel.
great video! thanks for sharing
i was looking for a marinade similar to the chicken found in places like qdoba or chipotle so that i can make an easy burrito bowl. ill try this one out.
is that how the weather works there? Front yard snow… Back yard paradise? Knowing you.. you have designed some gadget underground warming device… warming the ground in your backyard and grill… You build guitars, griddles.. who knows what else……here you go…. “Ballistic Yard and Grass Warmer” SAY NO TO SNOW..”tell them Greg sent you!!”..Market that in KC bro. Guess i will buy it. ….fish hook. .got me.. Take care man.. Give us another great vid soon.. -Chad
Lol I think I’m gonna have to tough it out! I actually burnt my tongue with too much sriracha sauce today .
Soy milk maybe? Or just tough it out!
Thank you sir!
Yeah… Where I live is a major producer too and I had to go to a smaller gourmet type store. I’m hoping more stores will start carrying it. I can remember when grape seed oil was tough to find.
Gotta’ rock the Craycort brother! Got one for my Egg too! It only snowed in my front yard that day!
Thanks for checking it out!
Grill view action cam!!!! Thank you for giving me something to try this weekend!!!
Good to see you back on that craycort! I didn’t see any snow? Must live in Cali or something! Cheers bro!
The chicken looks fantastic, and I know the marinade really kicks it up. I haven’t noticed avocado oil around here, but we grow the things, so it should be around somewhere. I’ll have to go on a quest. That Embasa brand of chipotles showed up in the ethnic section of our local Publix a few months ago, and they’re excellent!
One more comment from me, off topic to previous…
I was going to ask where you came up with the cool sounding recipe name “Borracho,” but a little Google search enlightened me… Most excellent use of nomenclature there for a Mexican style dish! Rick Bayless should be envious, and I can’t wait til the weather breaks to allow me a go at this one!
Cheers to ya, bro!
Milk and sugar? OMG you kidding me. No wonder why my mouth continues to burn after I drink water when I have sriracha or jalapeños! I can’t have milk and I don’t have sugar.. I guess I’m in big trouble then. Lol
Milk and sugar are best and water is the worst! It woulda’ been a funny video though!
Haha that’s too funny. You should have filmed it NOT! Lol is milk the best thing to cool you down with peppers and chili’s?
Me too lol
That happens to me all of the time. Drives me crazy!
Yeah… I was chugging milk by the gallons! It was awful, but kinda fun too!
Thank you for the comment! Glad you’re getting a little something out of them.
Typos! (must have been to the point) darn smart phones, sometimes they are smarter than us! LOL
Lol at the pepper you called Satan’s Fang that’s a great name. Omg I can only imagine how hot it was. Use have been to the point where your eyes, ears, nose, mouth and tongue sweats! My lord I couldn’t touch that pepper..haha by the way avocado oil is one of the best to consume, that along side coconut oil 🙂
Thanks for answering me me! I’m a young guy, really in to cooking . Unforttuantly in that category of living In an apt building, no grilling. I know you touched on that a few weeks ago which was awesome. Seriously man your teaching me shit and I’m learning from your vids. Keep it up.
Thank you Jeff! It was good brother!
I’m growing a pepper plant right now that doesn’t even have a name. A neighbor’s sister works at some agricultural lab and they’re trying to come up with the hottest pepper in the world. The plant she gave me produces a tiny black pointed pepper. Looks like a fang. I tried it on Christmas and it damn near killed me! I call the pepper Satan’s Fang. Scary hot!!
Dan is a great guy! Thanks for checking out my video!
Thank you Tom. Avocado oil is pretty amazing stuff.
Thank you Fred! Rock On my friend!
Thank you for stopping by. Love mesquite on the grill!
Thank you buddy!
Only a Metallica fan would ask that question. Hell Yeah! Thanks for watching!
