Hi there Patricia I put in the tomatoes under the broiler on hight when it
started. To get brown you turn the tomatoes on the other side let it cook
The same way,then you turn to low setting about five min then finish you
have to keep an eye on it,thank you for the comment and for watching .

Love this, it looks great… what i usually do is boil the tomato to get
the skin off (doesn’t have the great roasted flavour i know), make a garlic
paste with a small garlic clove and some onion and lastly fry up two more
garlic cloves in sum oil until brown & pour that with the hot oil over the
tomato
