Had never cooked pork roast. Tried it today for easter. The crackling was crispy. My family as well as friends loved it The baked potatoes were a hit too. Kids came back for a second helping. Thank you Curtis and your mum for sharig this receipe.

should’ve cut the pork skin side down so every slice has a bit of skin.

Cooked this a little while ago with a bigger piece of meat so just adjusted the time for longer. Brilliant recipe no left overs as everyone wolfed it down. Where did you get that pestle I want one of those!!!
