it – on a personal note, pull the long hair back and change the ’70’s

You didn’t cover the bottom of the pan with caramel and you dipped you
nasty rag in the flan mixture when you put it in the bano de maria. You
should have redone this video before posting.

@Ornella Ottati Only issue I have with this, is if the cake pan was heated
in the oven first, the sugar would have spread out evenly. Although the
sugar will heat the pan up rather quickly, it should still be heated in the
oven at at least 360° F. Not so worried of the yolk, since she wasn’t
tempering the mixture.

CARAMEL I USE 1/2 CUP SUGAR 3 EGGS 1 CAN CONDENSED MILK 1 CAN EVAPORATED

WANT TO YOU CAN AD 1/2 PACKAGE OF CREAM CHEESE IT COMES OUT EVEN BETTER. I
CREAM THE CREAM CHEESE WITH THE HAND BLENDER; AFTER IS CREAMED I AD THE
ALMOND; EGGS THEN THE CAN OF CONDENSE MILK UNTIL IS MORE CREAMIER; THE
EVAPORATED MILK. ENJOY.

1st: Not all flans are made with condense milk, people! You can substitute
by using evaporated milk and sugar as she did BUT I must say she executed
it poorly. The caramel part was just so lame she didn’t do the right
technique and when she poured it to her pan gosh I felt so embarassed when
it caramelized just in the centre lol well she also didn’t strain her
mixture therefore there were yolk parts in her final product I did not like
that. To my taste it was poorly executed, but not bad.
