VansKitchen says:

Pandan leaf smells very good and goes well with coconut. For beet, it has
sweet taste. I love them all 🙂 I think taste is all up to the person. You
may just have to try them 🙂

VansKitchen says:

Thanks for your nice compliment. It’s pretty mild. My hubby could not tell
the difference between the cookies I made with and without it. FYI, it has
typical smell which kinda same smell with jasmine rice, basmati rice and
white bread. It is sometimes referred to as the “Asian vanilla” 🙂

2525shion says:

Really like this video! One question about the green colouring: Does the
green colouring have a strong pandan flavour? or does it just have a mild
flavour? cause if it does, its going to affect the flavour of whatever I’m
going to use it to make..

VansKitchen says:

Sorry about that, but what part did not you understand?

VansKitchen says:

haha… @Linh Nguyen: you are AWESOME!

VansKitchen says:

It may depends on what type of drink you make. Of course, it has typical
smell, which kinda same smell with jasmine rice, basmati rice and white
bread, used widely in cooking as a flavoring. It is sometimes referred to
as the “Asian vanilla” 🙂 But It’s pretty mild. My hubby could not tell the
difference between the cookies I made with and without it.
