Worcestershire is darnly expensive here in Moscow. Can I adapt this recipe
with Tonkatsu sauce I have?
@metapixusion the mysteries of science and enthropy makes the THIN flakes
move due the steam and the heat of the hot noodles. U must agree
this is similar to how I prepare my ramen every now and then.. :F

Why do people laugh when someone from another country tries to make a
version of a dish from their own country and the other people don’t get it
quite right? We do it here too. (read or watch some of the comments about
japanese bread for example.) Ingriedent avalability, cirucstances and
tastes vary from country to country. It’s not right to laugh at anyone.
USE THIN SPAGHETTI IF YOU CAN’T FIND THE NOODLES.
So if you don’t use soba noodles in yakisoba in Japan then what noodles
would you use for yakisoba? And what are soba noodles used in? Not trying
to be a smart-A I’m just curious, id like to start learning to cook these.I

OK. A couple of questions on yakisoba. What is the proper noodle used in
yakisoba? In grocery stores they are not labeled “yakisoba” in Japan. And
what is the meat Japanese use at cookouts? Pork?
So japanese Yakisoba uses chinese egg noodle? but US gets slammed for
using soba noodle??? funny!

@donneone Sometimes, I add worcestershire sauce to my take out Lo Mein to
make it kind of like yakisoba.
Are you talking about in general or somebody in particular? I love Japanese
bread! I’m trying to make Japanese food cooking easy by using mostly widely
available ingredients so that people outside of Japan can dip their toes
into cooking Japanese food!
